I am a highly experienced professional in the medical field, with a combined 15 years of clinical and IT expertise. My focus is on delivering the best possible solutions to meet the unique needs of my clients in the healthcare industry.

One of my key areas of specialization is in the implementation and management of EPIC EHR software with ancillary systems and medical imaging. I obtained 2 certifications in EPIC in less than a year, whilst preparing for opening an Outpatient centre and Hospital, This demonstrates my ability and commitment to learn systems quickly and efficiently. My commitment to staying on top of the latest technologies and industry developments is key to success.

I have successfully managed go-lives for both a hospital and outpatient centres, ensuring a seamless transitions with minimal disruption to operations. My experience within EPIC is primarily in Radiology, Cardiology, and Endoscopy, which has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the specific needs and requirements of these areas. My experience is not limited to the area of medical imaging, and reaches to ambulatory and clinical documentation. Understanding the whole picture and how all the parts fit is essential to providing a good service.

I have extensive project management experience working with multiple teams across different specialties. My ability to effectively coordinate the efforts of diverse groups of individuals is a valuable asset in the fast-paced and complex field of project management. As senior-level analyst and project manager, I have a track record of delivering successful outcomes for my clients, whether implementing new systems or managing complex integrations. Successfully preparing my previous client to submit documentation for submission to NED for JAG accreditations, in a recent accomplishment.
